Those days gave me a front-row seat to the realities of the industry - from kitchen tables and site containers to the back of utes and corporate boardrooms.   What I loved most was seeing the transformation. Watching businesses move away from paper-based processes, streamline their operations, and gain more control over their future wasn't just rewarding - it was addictive. Seeing the impact firsthand is what sparked my passion for helping businesses grow through technology.   When the opportunity came up to move into Sales, it felt like a natural next step. It allowed me to work directly with business owners, understand their challenges, and show them how Simpro could become the operational backbone of their business. For me, it was never about selling software. It was about helping people create better businesses, build stronger teams, and give themselves the freedom and confidence that comes from having the right systems in place.
